AllGreen Solutions Stormwater Management traces its roots to 2002, when founder Tomas de la Torre launched de la Torre Landscaping, LLC with a straightforward goal: deliver reliable, environmentally responsible site services across Northern Virginia. That early work on commercial properties, HOAs, and public agency sites built a foundation of hands-on experience with drainage systems, erosion control, and stormwater facilities that most landscaping firms never develop.

By 2009, the company had grown into AllGreen Landscape Co., earning a regional reputation for maintaining stormwater infrastructure alongside its green services. Over the next decade, demand for specialized stormwater work kept growing. Municipalities, property managers, and government agencies needed a contractor who understood both the surface and what ran beneath it. AllGreen answered that call by deepening its capabilities in inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation, and regulatory compliance for underground stormwater systems.

In 2020, AllGreen made a defining move: the strategic acquisition of MPS Utilities, an underground utility contractor with a legacy dating back to the 1980s. That acquisition brought significant depth in storm sewer pipe cleaning, CCTV inspections, confined space entry, and underground detention systems. Combined with AllGreen's existing environmental and green infrastructure expertise, the two firms became something the region didn't have before: a single, full-service stormwater management and infrastructure contractor. The company rebranded as AllGreen Solutions, Inc. to reflect that evolution.

Today, our team supports municipalities, government agencies, commercial property owners, and HOAs across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
