Expert CIPP Cure in Place Pipe in Alexandria, VA

CIPP Cure in Place Pipe (CIPP) is an advanced trenchless technology that rehabilitates damaged underground pipes without digging up your yard, driveway, or landscaping. By inserting a resin-saturated liner into your existing pipe and curing it in place, AllGreen Solutions creates a seamless, joint-free "pipe within a pipe" that stops leaks, eliminates root intrusion, and restores structural integrity for decades.

AllGreen Solutions Stormwater Management has delivered CIPP lining solutions for residential, commercial, and municipal clients across Northern Virginia and Maryland since 2009. Our process begins with a thorough CCTV inspection to assess the pipe's condition and confirm CIPP is the right solution. We then clean the line using high-pressure hydro-jetting to prepare the pipe wall for proper liner adhesion. The resin-saturated liner is inserted and expanded to conform to the host pipe's interior, then cured using hot water, steam, or UV light depending on the pipe material and site conditions. The result is a structurally sound, corrosion-resistant pipe that meets or exceeds the performance of new pipe installation — without a single trench.

CIPP is compatible with clay, cast iron, concrete, PVC, and corrugated metal pipe, making it the preferred rehabilitation method for the aging underground infrastructure common throughout Falls Church, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and surrounding communities. Whether you're managing a failing stormwater lateral, a cracked sewer main, or a deteriorating municipal drain line, CIPP lining eliminates the cost, disruption, and liability of open-cut excavation.

A post-installation CCTV inspection confirms the liner is fully cured, properly seated, and free of defects before we close out the job. Call AllGreen Solutions to schedule a CIPP assessment for your Northern Virginia or Maryland property today.

CIPP Cure in Place Pipe FAQ

Common questions about cipp cure in place pipe in Alexandria, VA.

CIPP stands for Cured-In-Place Pipe. A resin-saturated liner is inserted into the damaged host pipe, inflated, and cured using hot water, steam, or UV light. The result is a new, seamless pipe formed inside the existing one — no digging required.

CIPP lining works on clay, concrete, cast iron, and PVC pipes. It is commonly used for sewer laterals, stormwater lines, and culverts that have cracked, separated at joints, or been infiltrated by tree roots.

A properly installed CIPP liner is designed to last 50 years or more. The cured resin creates a corrosion-resistant, structurally independent pipe that is not subject to the same deterioration as the original host pipe.

The liner adds a small amount of wall thickness inside the existing pipe, but the smooth interior surface of the cured liner typically improves flow efficiency compared to a corroded or root-roughened original pipe.

Yes. We perform a CCTV inspection before lining to assess pipe condition and confirm CIPP is the right solution. After installation, we run a second camera inspection to verify the liner is properly cured and the line is fully restored.

Yes. AllGreen Solutions installs CIPP liners in both sanitary sewer and stormwater drainage pipes throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland. Stormwater culverts and drainage laterals are excellent candidates for trenchless CIPP rehabilitation.

Tommy and John at AllGreen Landscape did an incredible job of designing a new driveway and entrance to our house, as well is helping us find a great pool contractor and doing all the landscaping around it and a new patio. I especially appreciate the fact that their crew has been with them for more than a decade, and they are all great guys. The whole team has worked with us closely to keep it all maintained and looking beautiful.

I’m so incredibly grateful for the breathtaking work AllGreen Solutions did for us and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They transformed my yard from an overgrown eyesore into a beautiful oasis beyond what I imagined. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what I wanted. They worked nonstop and paid attention to every detail. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them! Thank you AllGreen!

In Sep 2019 AllGreen removed the old timber stair/walkway in my back yard and rebuilt it with a lovely stone structure. The workmanship was outstanding -- from the careful excavation to the reinforced concrete foundation to the carefully finished stone work. Every aspect of the project was handled well -- timely scheduling, thorough cleanup each day, prompt removal of all debris, to careful raking, grading, and seeding at the end. Project Manager Kyle Jansen and foreman Carlos could not have been better to work with or more willing to be helpful. I am extremely pleased!

John Waldron came out to look at our walkway and tree. It turns out the walkway was worse off than we thought. John very carefully explained the problems and possible solutions, providing us with several options. I enjoyed working with him very much. The quote was reasonable, but higher than we planned for the extra things we wanted done. We plan to have the work
