Expert Stormwater Pipe Rehabilitation in Alexandria, VA

Stormwater pipe rehabilitation restores cracked, collapsed, or blocked pipes that carry runoff away from your property. AllGreen Solutions Stormwater Management serves property owners across Alexandria, VA, where aging underground pipes face constant stress. Alexandria sits where Piedmont clay uplands meet coastal plain soils. That clay expands when wet and contracts when dry, shifting buried pipes and opening cracks at joints over time. Left unaddressed, a failing stormwater lateral lets water pool around your foundation, erode your yard, and push runoff toward local waterways like Four Mile Run and Cameron Run. In Alexandria, property owners are responsible for maintaining and repairing their own stormwater laterals from the building to the city main. Our rehabilitation process starts with a camera inspection to locate damage. We then restore pipe integrity using trenchless or open-cut methods based on site conditions. The result is a pipe that handles runoff correctly, protects your property, and keeps water out of places it should not be. Call AllGreen Solutions to schedule an inspection.

Yes, trenchless rehabilitation methods can restore pipe integrity with minimal excavation in many cases. Our team assesses your specific site conditions in Alexandria before recommending the right repair approach.

Alexandria's marine clay soil shrinks and swells with moisture changes, which stresses buried pipes and shifts joints over time. Tree root intrusion and pipe age are also common causes of cracking and blockage in the area.

Yes, a cracked or blocked stormwater pipe can allow water to pool against your foundation rather than drain away from it. Over time, that moisture and soil movement can cause settling, cracking, and structural stress.

The first step is a camera inspection to identify the exact location and type of damage in your pipe. Contact AllGreen Solutions Stormwater Management in Alexandria to schedule your inspection and get a clear picture of what your pipe needs.

In Sep 2019 AllGreen removed the old timber stair/walkway in my back yard and rebuilt it with a lovely stone structure. The workmanship was outstanding -- from the careful excavation to the reinforced concrete foundation to the carefully finished stone work. Every aspect of the project was handled well -- timely scheduling, thorough cleanup each day, prompt removal of all debris, to careful raking, grading, and seeding at the end. Project Manager Kyle Jansen and foreman Carlos could not have been better to work with or more willing to be helpful. I am extremely pleased!

John Waldron came out to look at our walkway and tree. It turns out the walkway was worse off than we thought. John very carefully explained the problems and possible solutions, providing us with several options. I enjoyed working with him very much. The quote was reasonable, but higher than we planned for the extra things we wanted done. We plan to have the work
