In Sep 2019 AllGreen removed the old timber stair/walkway in my back yard and rebuilt it with a lovely stone structure. The workmanship was outstanding -- from the careful excavation to the reinforced concrete foundation to the carefully finished stone work. Every aspect of the project was handled well -- timely scheduling, thorough cleanup each day, prompt removal of all debris, to careful raking, grading, and seeding at the end. Project Manager Kyle Jansen and foreman Carlos could not have been better to work with or more willing to be helpful. I am extremely pleased!

Expert Proprietary Stormwater System Maintenance in Alexandria, VA
Proprietary stormwater system maintenance keeps underground and enclosed stormwater devices working as designed. In Alexandria, VA, properties with these systems are required to keep them in working order, and the City enforces compliance under its Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program. Alexandria's dense mix of older commercial corridors, multi-family developments, and infill residential lots means many properties rely on compact, below-grade proprietary devices rather than open ponds or surface BMPs. AllGreen Solutions inspects, cleans, and services these systems to remove accumulated sediment and debris, clear inlets and outlets, and document condition for your compliance records. Stormwater runoff in Alexandria picks up oil, sediment, and nutrients from hard surfaces before reaching the Potomac River watershed, so a neglected system does not just create a compliance risk — it creates a real water quality problem. If your property has a maintenance agreement on file with the City, we can help you meet those obligations. Contact AllGreen Solutions to schedule a service visit.
